These lights are amazing! I wanted to replace my old ones that I had on two bookshelves for the ambiance, but I never seemed to get around to doing it. I was busy cleaning and decided to remove the old ones which weren't safe anyway if you read the labels and believe them. They are perfect for the bill and apparently there are no security issues with them. These lamps are better than my old ones in many ways. You can choose from many different colors, brightness levels and functions. They can fade, pulse, flash and blink. The only thing I wish they had done instead of letting you fade in and change the brightness, both. In the video I faded them and you can see how beautifully they fade from one color to another. It's great but a bit bright for me at night. 24 feet is a long way! As you can see, they are lined up along the side of a bookshelf, then intertwined on top of it between several blocks of glass, and then stretched onto another shelf and placed around the perimeter. They look fantastic at night (although a bit too bright for my liking in this mode). I might end up buying another set as you can connect up to 120ft total and drop them off the side of the second shelf and then below. Many possibilities.
