I was in pain after my vasectomy (the surgery was almost a year ago) which I singled out due to a 'hanging butt' problem so I need support. I've used modified straps or even worn a sock underneath for support, but both were problematic (required adjustments throughout the day). this device is perfect. ' or no holes provided for the 'dog'. I rode the big one. The waste strap is a little long for a 33 inch waist (but I can easily shorten the strap an inch and adjust the velcro), but the bag is perfect. There are no bulky plastic buckles, which is good, except for a plastic hinge loop to direct the strap back to the adhesive part.
