The product came in a nice box, as in the picture on the site. One of the two didn't fit properly, but the other fit and was of good quality. That's probably why there were two in the set. The reason for the 3 stars is the customer support response to my issue with the fit of one of the protectors. They responded by asking for visual proof of the issue as well as confirmation of my current iPad model (A1458, iPad 4th Gen). Ok, given that the first one wasn't lined up properly and the hole wasn't centered, you could leave it or just try an additional profile. I did what normal people would do, I removed the faulty one and tried on a replacement part that fitted perfectly. It just offends me that instead of just asking for photographic proof of the problem, they question my intelligence as to whether I ordered the right item for my model. Therefore, to prove the problem, I would have to receive a wet, wrinkled, defective item. , try to solve it, then put it on my blank iPad and hope for a good picture. to check if it fits.
