This was the second table I received as the first table had scratches/cracks on the table top. I called the seller (Atlantic Furniture) first but the customer service/answering machine said it could take 1-2 weeks for my call to be answered. It only took me 4 days to receive the first item after ordering, so I asked the representative if I could just return the broken one and get a replacement. She said I had to work through Revane. I was able to get a return through Revain and a replacement table was ordered the same day. Thank you Rewin! I still haven't received a call back from the seller. Despite all the trouble, the table is a bargain. I needed a small white side table (20x20). A functional side table that blends perfectly with the room's coastal decor. The charging station was an added bonus. Too bad the table didn't have an open back but I just turned the table over and showed the sides instead of the hole. I liked it much more, it didn't take much time to assemble, the instructions are clear. However, the hex key was missing and there were no pre-drilled holes to attach the bottom shelf to the side panels. We had our own hex wrench and had to make the 8 holes needed to screw the shelf in. In addition to the Allen key, you will need a rubber mallet to press the wooden dowels into place and a screwdriver. The rest is not a difficult process.
