okay, look. It would be unfair to give a three star rating as the product looks exactly as described online BUT the packaging looks VERY flea market. This crap was unbranded and had broken English phrases like "Don't let your toothbrush be a breeding ground for disease". They CAN kill, that's true. where and how? We do not know. There are no instructions and the design on the box looks like it could be used for anything on the planet. Toothbrush sterilizer, glow-in-the-dark shoes, sparklers, ibuprofen... it's just ridiculously disjointed graphics like neon lights streaking like you're hallucinating. In any case. It appears to be travel friendly, fitting nicely on a standard toothbrush. It has such a purpose, but I bet it's not even ultraviolet light. OH YES, it comes with a card that says something like "Use this to test for UV light, the text on the other side is only visible under UV light" and then flip it over and can read the text easily. under the floor lamp in the bathroom… so…. Either my bathroom has been emitting radiation for a long time, or maybe they just know their product is fake... I wouldn't recommend buying it... I have no evidence that this is a scam... but... it is.
