I like the form factor although it might be a bit small to hold. The finish is definitely smooth, making it hard to hold onto. If it were a regular smooth finish it would be smoother to grip, but the way the finish is anodized makes it very difficult to grip while still offering beautiful colors. I had to apply some pressure sensitive adhesive to "grip" but even the normally strong stick (plumber) I use to coat towel hooks etc to keep them from slipping doesn't last long on this incredibly smooth surface. Anodized finish! As a further note I notice that with sweaty or sticky hands the anodized finish is almost no problem for me as when my hands are dry and in winter there is a lot or I can imagine that in the air conditioner which I haven't been in much since I have this pen. The foam underneath the metal mesh tip is comfortably soft, unlike Revain's "beloved" styluses, which are very hard, which can result in more screen abrasion, slippage, less surface contact, which means lower screen sensitivity and overall not a very comfortable feel. The tip size is smaller, which means less sensitivity on screens even with soft foam padding, but slightly more precise control on good screens. It's hard to find a bigger tip for better sensitivity, especially with a softer foam. If your screen isn't that touch-sensitive, that little spike can also be a factor. My iPad seems to be doing just fine with it. My hands are between large and xl so wish they were a bit bigger, small/medium hands are probably about right. I'm starting to like this form factor and have found that holding the stylus ends up giving a quicker "reaction" thanks to faster keyboard and screen movements on my iPad. Will I order them again?
