Having purchased products from ECOTOOLS in the past I have always been satisfied with the quality of their products therefore I was very disappointed when the quality of this product did not meet expectations. I bought a detangling paddle from a store a while ago and am very happy with it. As I wanted to replace it due to wear and tear, I could not find the same product on the market. I saw the same type of brush but with a green bristle holder that felt cheap and rough. When I saw this item online I was happy to see that the advertised item had the same neutral color in the stubble area as mine. searched. This time I bought a curved paddle brush expecting to receive the item pictured. However, the item I received came with a cheap rubber bristle holder which I was trying to avoid. The product I received was virtually unusable with no painful hair pulling. It's not worth it.
