I am a 57 year old Caucasian woman with normal skin. I used a similar neck bandage from another company but was so impressed with SilcSkin's cleavage padding that I decided to try their version. It's thicker, but I believe the thickness keeps it from wrinkling overnight. I don't find it uncomfortable, it seems to support my skin (ie, defy gravity!). Since I sleep on all sides (front, back, left and right) I use an elastic hand strap over the bandage to ensure it stays in place. I use it 2-3 times a week on clean skin, wash the pad after each use and it makes a huge difference. I have very little sagging at the moment. Obviously, people had different results. I think that's to be expected considering all skin types. Personally I will buy again and would definitely recommend trying it out. Compared to expensive treatment and/or surgery, it's worth it!
