I'm a stylist (12 years to be exact)! These were some of the best sets I have ever bought! You must use a good shampoo and conditioner on this hair just like you would your own hair if you want it to last longer! No odd smell when I took it out of the box and they were true to length. However, I give 3 stars for the front! My forehead felt very thin in various places, making it impossible for me to spread freely! And we all know that the forehead makes up the whole head and I couldn't use it effectively! If the seller sends me a different bezel I would happily change this rating to 5 stars because the kits were beautiful, only the bezel felt incomplete! Yes, I would buy sets again in a heartbeat! Update 12/05/18 Ada contacted me directly via SMS! She was very apologetic and offered to fix the problem immediately! I changed the rating to 4 stars because good customer service is all it takes for a business to keep customers coming back! Will update again as soon as I have the windshield!
