Cheap junk in headsets and microphones

Feels like cheap junk. Listed like cheap junk. Used for 2 days before it broke. Transmission stopped. The radio is in my center console so I don't even run the cable, but it didn't work there. If I twist and bend the cable in the right direction I can get it to transmit. When it worked, it sounded as loud as a radio speaker and people could hear me loud and clear.
