It can be handy for spares
This is a great value for me, especially since I live in a city where you can't just drive to the next town and have an 11 inch wiper from another car part. After I installed the wiper, it was pushed down a bit so it wasn't floating free or touching the top of the 2 inch top end of the blade. I took it off and scraped some plastic from the inside of the new wiper where it slides over the wiper arm. I also put a few drops of silicone grease on the connection points. Now it works as it should, clearing the rain and snow all the way through the blade.
