I recently bought a 65 inch Samsung TV and wanted a flat mount for it - after some homework I came across this EchoGear mount and saw that it had fantastic reviews so I ordered it and it arrived in a few days. I called a friend to help with the mount and we got to work. It didn't take long to discover that the mount didn't come with long enough screws for the TV I bought. So I called EchoGears tech support and a few seconds later a live person called me and explained the situation to me. The person I spoke to was very nice and offered to mail me the required screws for FREE. Holy smokes - let's talk customer service! (It's worth noting that the mount comes with a large selection of screws, standoffs, washers, etc. I only pulled out the short end of the rod with my TV.) A few days later, the screws arrived as promised. They worked great Once the brackets were on the TV it only took me 25-30 minutes to install the wall bracket and connect the TV. The quality of all parts seemed very high and my brother-in-law and I both agreed that once installed the TV was going nowhere. Very durable and safe. I wouldn't give many products 6 stars, but this TV mount fits the bill. It's certainly not an expensive product, but it's very good value for money. Highly recommend the EchoGear mounts for friends and family.
