I had great hopes that this docking station would work for two external displays for my 2020 MacBook Pro M1 with MacOS Monterey and DisplayLink software installed. I tried all possible combinations with HDMI, Display Port, USB-C etc. but the second monitor is as not detected by OS although it was able to mirror either the MacBook display or the 2nd display which defeated the purpose for my use. The instructions (or lack thereof) clearly indicated through an image that MacBook Pro M1 only support one external display. Customer service is only via email so I just ended up returning this.The built is solid and it provides a variety of ports.For MacBook Pro M1 I will buy an adapter or a docking station that is compatible with DisplayLink software.
