This photoconductor replaced a third party drum that was supposed to be new but produced lines. This drum block solved the problem immediately. Can't say anything about durability yet as I've only had it for a short time, but so far it's worked great! UPDATE: Worked great at first, but after only 2 months it started smearing the background. I've had better luck with Linkyo. looks like i'll have to go back to them. Update: Although I haven't had a chance to use it yet, I'm giving it 4 stars for good customer service. They gave me a new toner cartridge because of a problem with the first one. Good service.
