Very Disappointed: Computers and Accessories

I was so happy to get this laptop for my business projects but it didn't work. I fully charge it. Tried to turn it on and couldn't get past the HP logo. I waited 30 minutes thinking maybe it is downloading all programs. No, there was an error that something went wrong and an automatic repair is being attempted. And stayed like that for over an hour. I was so disappointed that I immediately boxed it up and asked for a refund.
