Well packaged and shipped quickly! I love these toothbrush heads! I have only recently started using Oral B Pro 1000 and am very happy with my purchase. I just needed a toothbrush head for my sensitive gums. I tried the sensitive grooming head and wasn't entirely convinced by its flat bristle surface. In addition, he quickly bent the bristles. I ordered a sample and it came in. I love it! It's contoured just enough to reach more, soft enough to be gentle, and I really feel how clean my teeth are afterwards. at the store (I couldn't find them in the store, but other brush heads can be over $30 a pack) and they're about $2 cheaper than a good manual toothbrush. So overall I would say I got a really good deal on a really good product. Very happy!
