After spending months on a non-star pillow, I finally decided to upgrade to sleep well. Based on previous experiences I'm quite skeptical about memory foam pillows as they tend to retain a lot of heat and can be either too soft or too hard. After choosing this pillow and trying it out for a week I have absolutely no complaints. This pillow is really comfortable, gives my head and neck the support I need and wakes up every morning rested and ready for the day. This pad is marketed as a cooling pad and I've never felt the need to flip it or move it to another location. I am very happy with this purchase!
