I work remotely and have multiple monitors at home; However, when I'm working in the office, having only one monitor is very inconvenient. The device is very easy to connect (it took me an extra minute or two to install because I didn't read the instructions) but once connected. It worked just like my monitors from home. Yes, it's VERY expensive, but for me it's worth it.
