I wanted to stop wrapping my chest in foil - thought it would be better with pink!
Pink foil for the first time! It did the job, keeping the brisket moist - possibly my best brisket ever! --- added some apple juice, wrapped the meat tightly, wrapped twice, dressed again for about two hours, then cooked for almost another hour without packaging (watch out for the thermometer!)
