This curtain rod for sheer curtains looks beautiful. Easy to adjust and seems pretty solid when I move the curtain back and forth on the pole. The "pillows" that rest against the wall are a transparent rubbery material with protrusions. Therefore, they stick well and leave no traces on the wall. It's easy to regulate. The trick is to unscrew the rod to about the right size. Then attach the hard end to the wall and press it against the wall (there will be some sag) and then attach the other end to the other side. The concession then has to loosen a bit in order to tighten it. If it's not tight enough, remove it by pressing on one side again. Unscrew the other end slightly and try again. You should get it just right. I have black chopsticks. They don't look cheap like most pull rods. I know they aren't cheap but compared to cheap rods I find them to be worth it for the stylish looks and durability.
