Review on 🐶 Pet Barrier for Backseat by Katy Costa

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good idea but the straps are short

Good solid construction, love the pockets. The top pocket perfectly holds 2 bottles of water. The bottom pocket has space for 3 tennis balls and leashes. The wire frame keeps its shape. It was difficult to find a place to attach the lower buckle straps, I couldn't find the "external driver seat support" according to the instructions. In my car (Kia) everything is tight, since it touches the ground there are no holes for straps. Finally, after broken nails and scraped ankles, I tipped the front seats forward and threaded the straps through the slot between the seat and backrest. It seems to work. The top straps work great if you have two piece seat covers, one for the headrest. If you have one that slides on both the headrest and the seat like I did, you will need to poke a hole in the back of the seat cover :-( Loop the strap around the headrest post and back to attach it to the The straps are not long enough to wrap completely around the headrest and fasten I installed everything everything looked great nice and big I let a 20lb terrier in and she immediately jumped over him in the front seat little poodle in the back seat but not a terrier maybe nothing will happen, she is a terrier.

Pros
  • Protection: The photocell can effectively protect your pets from jumping forward during quick stops
Cons
  • Not sure
