I liked it until it stopped working. When I turn it on, the light flashes and it doesn't spin in either mode. It's fully charged. I have always kept it clean and well cared for. I've only had it for a month! And of course the return period has expired. I should have just invested in better quality. I'm not the type to listen to reviews when they say something is terrible because more often than not it's user error...but it's not. It also takes MANY passes to capture all of the hair. Epilation is painful, especially the first time, only this tool was not effective enough. I could only do armpits. It would have taken me over an hour to fully treat my legs. Look elsewhere, don't waste your money.
