Like other customers, I have sensitive skin that is irritated by clothing tags. Before I can put on a shirt, or in this case a turtleneck, I need to remove the tags. I almost never have a problem with that. Devon and Jones appear to have gone to great lengths to ensure the tags cannot be removed from the fake turtlenecks. all fake turtlenecks except the black one. Finally, after twenty or thirty minutes, I removed the label. However, it was not possible without leaving two holes on the back of the sweater, which I then had to sew up. What is more important for a company, advertising or satisfied customers? I'm wearing my black turtleneck now, but only after a very frustrating attempt to remove the tag, which the company seems to have decided to discourage customers from removing.
