Ok very glad I bought this bag! It's really nice as it can be a backpack, tote and shoulder bag (yes it's official!) It has enough space for me because I always try to pack something light. My downside with the bag is that I would like them to make the pockets deeper on the inside with a clasp and those on the outside with a clasp. I could also make a small deep side pocket so I can take my phone or wallet with me while using it as a backpack. And the bag could be wider to put more things. Otherwise, I've only had this bag for a month, but I still really like it.
