I received it so quickly and I love it, I had a gift card but I was still suspicious of the price. I just got it but it definitely seems worth it! The material is thick but soft. It seems sturdy and it was all black, just like the picture. I did notice that the interior is a bit cramped, but it still fits all of my usual content. I'll probably only use it as a crossbody bag, but I love the ability to unobtrusively switch to a stylish backpack!

If you are using this primarily as a backpack beware of all the other reviews; Strap "on the fly" is not your friend. Read instead: This bag decides whether it is a backpack or a shoulder bag. You need to develop a technique for dressing and undressing that doesn't embarrass you in public and doesn't spill all your belongings. I like everything about it except for that strap. This strap will give me a real fit.

the bag is very strong. But I give it a 4 because the black color doesn't look like the picture. I really liked the details on the bottom and now it looks sophisticated, but on the product itself the fit of the bag is no different from the rest, so it looks a little less stylish and it's really just a construction bag. But I put a lot of weight on this bag and it's very sturdy. It's been a few months and still no tears.

Perfect size for my daily carry; Computer, laptop, chargers and more. I love the versatile combination of handle and strap. The shoulder strap fits me best, but in some situations it's handy to have a backpack. The top handle is strong and comfortable. The top zip is durable and protects everything inside. The only thing I would change is that the pockets are not very secure inside and out. Anything stored in it can be retrieved fairly easily. I will add velcro to mine.

Ok very glad I bought this bag! It's really nice as it can be a backpack, tote and shoulder bag (yes it's official!) It has enough space for me because I always try to pack something light. My downside with the bag is that I would like them to make the pockets deeper on the inside with a clasp and those on the outside with a clasp. Once again I'm reminded that some items that claim to do more than one thing do all of those things well. Backpack mode: the strap for this is just a strap. Place it on one hand and the strap will stretch fully, making it extremely difficult to reach out to place it on the other shoulder. The straps that convert into a backpack over the shoulder need improvement and the bag doesn't really fit much - maybe half of what a backpack can. This is not a true backpack replacement.
