Good running shoes at an average price, the heel is soft, the cushioning is good, I use it with an orthopedic insole - perfect. I run in them on running socks in winter, it’s not cold up to -15, but from -3 and above it’s even hot, so it’s better to use it in winter and early spring / late autumn, they practically don’t get wet, unless of course you don’t run through puddles, snow, a little slush, they are not afraid of puddles, etc., my previous Puma sneakers were worse in this regard, any fine snow and feet are already wet. I run around the city and in the forest, it is comfortable on slippery asphalt, there is not enough grip on forest roads, because of the drops you need to be more careful to avoid injuries, but in general it is very comfortable, the insole is soft, it absorbs shocks perfectly. They are a little larger, I took the size like my previous ones - these turned out to be too big, but since I run in the winter - it's even better, it's just right on the toe.
