The bag comes very well packaged in a collapsed state with accessories and instructions in the main compartment. There is not much for instructions, a single sheet which explains how to set the lock.Included is the box itself, a rigid floor for the main compartment and semi-rigid fabric divider walls with velcro tabs for use in the smaller upper compartment.My husband wrote up the following:The bags outer covering is made from some sort of rubberized material that has a very durable and robust feel to it. That, and the dry bag style zippers attest to the water resistance of the bag. The exterior has light grey reflective striping on the left and right side, below the handles. Two wide pockets are attached to each side panel. They are too tight for a water bottle so my guess is that they are intended for flat items like notebooks and such. The bag has a long strap handle on each side with a single carry handle in the center the lid as well. All of the handles are sewn on with about one square inch of stitching on each attachment point. My only concern would be the strength of these handles under load.The box has a three digit combination lock that captures the zipper pulls on each of the two compartments. The lock combo is easily customizable. A good deterrent for prying eyes but not really for theft protection. Keeping honest people honest, as the saying goes.The main compartment is spacious and surprisingly rigid with the floor inserted. I really like that it is sized to accommodate both letter and legal sized documents. The zippered upper half has a generous amount of space for being only a lid compartment. This upper half also has a surprisingly large number of pockets. The top lid itself has eight mesh pockets that are 5.5" wide and face each other. This lid area has a rigid flap which is hinged with cloth along the same edge as the lid and secured with velcro tabs. This flap has ten credit card sized and four small mesh pockets on the top/lid side. The bottom/bag side is blank.We have owned a couple other bags like this and really love the versatility. We've used these for carrying everything from our basic vendor fair load-out to craft supplies and, of course, important documents. It's just a great bag.All-in-all, I think this is an extremely durable bag and expect to get a lot of good use out of it. I would definitely recommend it.
