PSLC has been very helpful through our transition from an onsite to virtual team. They are always quick to respond via phone or email and have been instrumental in helping with any problems that arise. Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about the services they provide. Their support staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and available for questions and concerns. It can be difficult transitioning a remote team from an on site to a virtual one. For us, it was primarily the changeover of time zones. However, PSLC does not charge for their services and they do offer many different options to accommodate different budgets. This makes this service quite unique. The cost to host a virtual team of 10 people is very reasonable and worth it! I highly recommend using PSLC. As a small business startup, we needed someone who could help us organize the transition from an onsite to a virtual team. PSLC offered a flexible solution that fit our needs. The best part is that this software fits any size organization or niche market business with no worries about it's suitability for your specific needs as there are so many options when using PSA Software! I do not like how complicated some features seem at first glance but once you get used they work fine too much easier then other softwares outthere especially if u have multiple users working together within one system!
