The Nano SIM card adapter was horrible and got stuck in the SIM card slot after inserting the SIM card face up. I couldn't even get it out and now it ate my SIM card and prevented me from buying another SIM card in the store. Did not want to return the device but cannot use the defective item. The instructions on the owner's manuals were printed very small. It's best if you just give me the pdf version. I didn't bother with tech support as it requires a physical replacement.
