Containers are sealed.
I used different containers to store sugar. Others weren't airtight, and in wet weather the sugar here hardened and I had to grind it to break it up for use. These containers are truly airtight. The sugar remained crumbly and poured and measured easily. I highly recommend them. They also came with helpful labels so you can identify what's in each container. I love her.
