Update 6/30/21: The company has credited my account with enough money to buy the charging station. Obviously this is a problem and they don't include it in purchases. Anyway, it's working great again and they responded very quickly. Excellent customer service! I bought them again in February. I used them for maybe 6 hours over several days. It's June now and I just picked up my Switch to play it for the first time since and real joy doesn't connect to the Switch. At first I liked them because they have a bulge at the bottom for better grip. But they definitely should have lasted longer before breaking.
