The description is somewhat misleading. Yes, you get two buns, so yes, that's 2 packs, but thinking about packs, I think it's enough for 2 loads. this. Each "package" actually has 2 rolls that are required to run the type of laminator that uses those rolls. Guilty. As a result, the price for just one "package" is slightly higher than expected.
