It can be used in two ways, you can wear it under your toes for which it is made or you can wear it as a toe spacer if you turn it on the side.
- Very helpful and comfortable. Will use daily.
- Very tight on my toe. I recommend the #1315 toe spacer instead. (that is what my podiatrist uses)
