This foot massager works very well and helps my feet relax. It has three kneading intensity and air intensity settings that I find useful. The high air setting might be too strong for me but my boyfriend loves it. Different settings change the kneading method and the amount of air cushion pressure on the feet. This allows people with different foot sizes to use the massager and still benefit from it. If you have particularly large or small feet, some options may not be as helpful, as high settings are likely to be painful for those with large feet and low settings are likely to be ineffective for those with small feet. Perhaps they should add a foot size adjustment in addition to these adjustments. The app is not very helpful for me. It just shows the same options on the front of the device in the app. I can bend forward slightly to change settings, but I don't have any disabilities. The app can be very helpful for people who find it difficult to bend over while sitting. I suspect the app's main purpose is to clear usage data from customers. The device itself is not very heavy (around 7-10 pounds) and fits nicely under my bed. I like that the included power cord is quite long so I don't need an extension cord. The massager makes a slight noise during operation due to the air compression function. The heat massage is really good because my feet get cold easily. Overall, I'm glad I bought this foot massager.
