I very rarely write reviews on anything I buy, but I wanted to dispel some of the 'problems' that some other users have had. Firstly, this product does what it was designed to do. make. That alone is reason enough to love him. I had a few minor issues initially ie the hose was kinked at one point making it difficult to draw water, but the issue was resolved when I removed the assembly from the hose. It takes practice to seal a water bag properly. In the beginning I had a few minor annoyances. I've found that a good way to check that it's sealed properly is to put some pressure on the bag. No air comes out, everything is fine. If air comes out, unscrew the bag and try again. Getting water out of the bag is not that difficult. I would say it takes a little more pressure than pulling through a straw. This can be a downside for those who have trouble sipping through a straw, but this is not a product defect. My only suggestion for improvement is slightly larger storage compartments. I personally would like a little more space. However, this is not a design flaw, just my personal preference, which Monkeypacs has certainly received from other customers. I would still buy another pack even if no such changes were made. I didn't have to write to customer service, but I did receive an email thanking me for my purchase and urging me to contact them if I had any questions. The product is excellent and I am sure that the after-sales service will satisfactorily solve any problem I may have. If you are looking for such a product, I will say that this is a great price!
