GREAT PRODUCT for heat and cold therapy

I have had this for over a year now. I have a torn rotator cuff and when it starts I put it on. I'm 5'6 and 180 pounds and this fits well. I like that I can use heat instead of an ice pack. I would buy this again.

Pros
