Good product; Great old-fashioned service
The mop does what it should and does it very well. The squeezer for clean hands is great. Twist gets a medium dry mop; press and twist to make it wet and dry. But it's the service that makes this company stand out from the crowd. When my old mop handle and locking mechanism didn't fit my new mop head, Liebman sent me everything new except for the mop head I just bought. Who can top that? If you need it and if Libman does it, I see no point in buying from anyone else.
