I really liked how it can be moved and take any shape you want. Not only can you rest your head on it, you can just wrap it around your neck for general neck support. To be honest I was concerned at first about the feel of the bar bending inward, but surprisingly I didn't feel it. "at all" thanks to memory foam. As a pillow, the rod didn't bother me at all. It's perfect for a window seat where you can tilt your head to one side and use it to lean against the window. It's also a great neck pillow if you located on the middle seat to wrap it around your neck to keep your head from wobbling while you sleep!Comfortable,well made and complete with eye mask and its own pouch.A must for long car or plane journeys!You may be something more expensive than regular neck pillows but you get what you pay for and I'm so glad I chose this one!
