This product does exactly what I need as I only need it for a few weeks. My first one broke after 3 weeks. The replacement took long enough to be ineligible for a refund. I'm giving an extra star for the excellent short-term functionality, fast shipping and easy return of the first purchase. Unfortunately the thing is junk. One of the HDMI ports stopped working after a few weeks. I think it has to do with the heat generated by the charger. It would probably be nice if it was only required for display and not for pass-through loading. ---EDIT (June 29, 2020) After reading this review, the company contacted me and offered a full refund and collected some data about trying to improve their hardware. I would definitely be interested in doing business with this company again. It's possible it just didn't work for me and others don't have the same issues.
