Rubber on contact with Ronin slipped after first use.

Bought after many good reviews and indeed the quality of the metal is good. However, the rubber on the inner ring attached to the Ronin slipped off the first time it was used, causing the metal to rub against it. Ronin Metal. After first use, the Ronin had metal-on-metal scratches!
