I've always been a Saucony fan and always will be. However, now that I'm older and overweight the support in this shoe is average compared to when I was lighter the shoe offered more cushioning. Overall great shoes. I would recommend it to anyone under 180 pounds. and when your feet need less foot cushioning when running. Maybe I need to break them in and lose about 40-50 pounds too? Overall a great cushioning shoe that I will always recommend for walking, elliptical, rowing, certain types of biking (not spinning), climbing or running, and light hikes or errands.
