Review on Smart watch Withings Horizon, blue by Ewa Ewa (Wietrzyk) ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

With the basic functions, in general, they do a good job. The number of steps is determined correctly, the pulse is read correctly, the training set is extensive. There is a smart alarm, although I do not use it - it worked fine on the previous model (steel hr), here, I think, everything is fine too. The battery lasts two weeks. This is provided that sleep monitoring with the determination of oxygen in the blood is enabled (it only works in the background only in sleep, while awake to determine oxygen, you need to force the function to start), notifications from the phone (only calls and SMS), tracking high heart rate, tracking workouts you do not start (if you start, then the operating time will be reduced even more). I am completely satisfied, so I needed an analog watch with "smart" functions. The first such watch I had was Nokia steel hr (this was the period when Withings was acquired by Nokia and all their products were rebranded), which served me for 6 years and was “written off” due to the complete degradation of the battery. I hope that this model will last longer :)

Pros
  • Form factor - the combination of an analog dial with a digital one is excellent. Perhaps the only representative of such a symbiosis. Sapphire crystal, bracelet with butterfly clasp, silicone bracelet included. Also included is a tool for adjusting the metal bracelet. Great look - can be worn with casual style clothes, and with a formal suit. The functional set can also be attributed to the pluses, although not everything is clear there. A handy application, without which, by the way, this watch is useless - you won’t be able to launch it, calibrate it, and generally start using it.
Cons
  • Working hours. Monthly statements, of course, can be issued from them, but this is on condition that you use them exclusively as an analog clock and a pedometer. The clasp of the bracelet is excellent, but stamped, I would like to see casting for this money. Passed spans are considered extremely inadequate - I am very surprised when I spend the whole day at home, while moving exclusively horizontally without ups and downs, but the clock claims that I overcame one or two spans. Inadequately determine sleep - they may not count sleep at all, or they can reduce sleep time by two to three hours.
