This is a really good belt! Resizing is easy and you can do it with scissors. I trimmed mine a bit and adjusted from there. It is very easy to attach and offers many adjustment options compared to standard harnesses. The ratcheting buckle snaps in about 1/8" increments, so you can really adjust it how you want depending on the day and your outfit.
