I easily installed this hose in minutes but the water pressure in the nozzle was greatly reduced. After realizing the problem was the small ID of the tubing, I contacted the Purrfect Zone salesperson. They gave me a full refund (which was on my credit card for 3-4 days) and told me to keep the tube. 5 stars for customer service. Aside from reducing the water pressure (which wasn't advertised), this appeared to be a good hose replacement. Both end connections were metal. The hose is probably stretched to the specified length. Its unstretched length is about 84 inches. Update October 2020: Out of the blue Purrfectzone sent us one of their diverter valves free of charge which we have just installed in a second shower with this hose. The valve has not improved. Water pressure but much easier to manage than the diverter valve we had with the original hand shower. Thanks Purrfectzone. I will increase my rating from 3 to 4 stars.
