I should note that I placed another order for the same strap hoping it was just a defect in the strap I received the first time. I had a metal magnetic strap with another Fitbit I had and really liked it. So when I bought a new Fitbit, I saw this band and bought it. He said it was compatible with my Fitbit. I attached it, which seemed pretty easy, and wore it all day, and on the second day it only came loose from the watch clasp on one side. I've tried and tried to reattach it but it won't stick. I've been at home since it started coming loose so it fell on the carpet and thankfully didn't crack the screen or fall somewhere in a public place where I didn't immediately notice. This is a big disappointment as it was exactly what I wanted in terms of look and feel and I LOVE the magnetic closure which means I can tighten or loosen at the exact point I want rather than one Having to attach straps with a limited hole pattern. It's very frustrating and I think maybe one side might be broken, but looks great. I can't easily return it, so I'm very dissatisfied with it.
