Original packaging was in different packaging, no tags. The original packaging was torn, the strap fell out and I didn't have to open it. At least it was a used product. UNRELIABLE seller. Only gave 2 stars because the used product works.

Just received but the color is dull. Not quite as shiny pink as in the picture. My mother was very disappointed. The picture looks great. I'm still looking for pink. Mom is more convenient and easier to handle while I'm watching!

I recently received a Fitbit Sense band as a gift and I love it! Corresponds to the scythe letter T. Nice stylish color, it was very easy to put on. Unlike the Fitbit Versa's metal pins, the strap snapped on in less than a minute! I love it and have bought more in other colors too!

I love the ease of use. It's so easy to adjust, put on and take off. Sometimes I have sensory issues with tighter straps, this one is easy to adjust but sometimes misses the sweet spot. Too tight, too loose. Overall I'm very happy with the looks, ease of use and definitely the durability. I have a challenging job and life and it still looks brand new.

After a few months I discovered small dots on my wrist. It turned out that the plating on the stainless steel was peeling off and stuck to my skin. The whole point of something made of stainless steel is that it is durable and well made. I saved up and bought this instead of the more expensive one. You get what you pay for. It's already in the trash.

Arrived very quickly, love the color and size. I would give it 5 stars but I keep having problems with the right side as if there is a snapping issue. I'm also not a big fan of the mania constantly sticking to my back while trying to turn it on or off. Maybe it's just this one I have, but overall I really like the fit and it seems to be feeling good after a few weeks of wearing.

I bought this metal band with my soft nylon bands but I mostly use this for dressing up and going to church, parties or everyday life. This is a stylish and breathable stainless steel, very durable and good value, with a wide range of colors to choose from. so easy to install, just seconds compared to my previous versa bands. I've used these bands from this company before, and thanks to Fitbit I'll be switching between metal and nylon bands more often now because it's easy to do.

I really liked this set but plan to return it. It doesn't stay connected to the Versa 3. It can be separated too easily. It got disconnected while I was using the watch. I'm afraid it will turn off and the watch will fall or I might lose it. I hope to find another group like this to keep in touch. I really like the color. I have champagne and it looks very nice. It also feels very good. The clasp (if you want to call it that) is magnetic. It's easy to toggle on and off, but I've found myself sticking to metal objects with some regularity. It's not a big problem, but it's strange.
