This product is well made, looks stylish and works exactly as advertised. The issues I am having are NOT related to the manufacture of this product but are an inherent result of the design. Firstly, the phone holder in the case works well. Unfortunately, it's permanently attached to the wallet, so if I try to remove the phone from the wallet, I lose the protection of the mount. Second, there are some features of the phone that cannot be used when the phone is in a case... For example, I can't take a picture of the phone in a case because the phone is blocking the lens to see what I'm doing the back of the phone unless I'm very clumsy in holding the case. These are NOT problems caused by the manufacturer! It's a great case that does exactly what it's supposed to do and because it's made out of real leather it even smells nice! If I buy it again it will be very similar but the phone holder is held in place with a magnet, not glue.
