This item is as advertised. When I received the box I was a bit disappointed because the items came in one of those cheap Chinese boxes with mediocre graphics and grammatical errors. However, the product was very easy to install (just batteries in the motion sensor and plugging the doorbell(s) into outlets. I have a 50ft x 100ft building with four thick (12") brick walls inside. Within those walls, it's It was difficult to distribute Wi-Fi, but I didn't have too much trouble placing two doorbell receivers in locations where they could still pick up the signal from the wireless motion sensor transmitter and be heard by employees even in back rooms.I moved the receivers to different outlets, and I only have a few spots where the transmitter's signal isn't getting in. My house has 24 rooms and two corridors, so I figured getting a signal would be more of a challenge. could be heard over ambient noise, through the walls and even through the floor when I'm in the basement The receivers have a button to control the volume The volume is LOUD, and this is the setup I use (remember we should hear the doorbell halfway across the store ie 2500 square feet). Another thing I appreciate is that I can tune one receiver to one tone (or song) and the other to another. It's useful for me, so if a call stops working or someone cuts it off, I can tell. different songs. Cons: I had an issue with this set after using it for about four days and that was that one of the receivers stopped working. Even when I plugged it closer to the transmitter, the audio still didn't cut out. Well a few days later I tried again and it worked fine and has been working great for a few weeks now. There is no lag in the system. So if someone triggers the motion sensor, bells will ring (ding-dong, ding-dong). But if that person is followed by another person, the bells will ring again (ding-dong, ding-dong, ding-dong, ding-dong). If another person follows him, the bells will ring again. The motion sensor is quite sensitive, which can be both good and bad. I don't know how to adjust the sensitivity (let's say if someone had a shop cat walking around, it would call every time it looked at the front door). Cons for you: I bought a second set (of the same brand) which has two motion sensors and a bell (receiver). I was planning on installing motion sensors on each of my two back doors so I would know if someone was sneaking in through the back door or not. It will be interesting for me to report that the new set does not affect the old set in any way. The transmitters do not ring for the old choice and the original transmitter does not ring for the new call. I recommend this product!
