Something is wrong with the compatibility of this dock with the new Macbook Pro 2020. I have sent two inquiries to the support team in Kensington what also happened I do not even admit it, which is probably related to the pandemic, but to warn other users, when the dock is connected, the computer does not restart, but shuts down and does not restart until you press and hold the power button for 15 seconds and then press something several times quickly and it starts. It's a lot of button wear and sometimes when everything starts up again I have to completely reconfigure my monitors as it wipes my settings. Don't take this document until you fix these nasty bugs.
