Review on 🎵 Sphero SD01WRW2 2 Ring Specdrums: Unleash Your Musical Creativity! by Ryan Whatley

I really wanted to like it as I was hoping to use it with some clients who are on the autism spectrum and I hoped it would fascinate them to music explore the (colorful) world around you. When using it, I never felt like feedback worked well, and the lag, lack of triggers, and generally awkward interactions made me realize my customers weren't going to interact. As for rendering other colors (as opposed to the included color input), there aren't enough "pure" colors in most people's world to make this feature very useful (on top of sloppy typing). Perhaps it would be more fun if they responded to other inputs, such as B. how hard they are played, or an easy way to distinguish between 4 or 6 surfaces that would trigger a pentatonic stack of notes). I was grateful for the return policy as it gave me the confidence to try them out. I wish the developers the best of luck with any updates, as I said it's a good idea just not for me.
